Can customer's purchase online by credit card?

We are currently working on providing this feature to customer's. However, we highly recommend using account balance system to make purchases at wholesale price. Customer's will be notified as soon as this feature is functional via website or push notification on mobile application.

Can we request for a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of product at service it is very unlikely to recieve refund/cancel any purchases. However, under special situations we will take only selected cases into consideration, with uncertainty of refund/cancel on purchases.

Can customer's sell online?

In order to protect consuder safety with such high valued products, the United Arab Emirates law requires similar companies to request for permission with every purchase, where the customer is required to carry either a valid passport/emirates id. However, any purchase from customer are subject to permission from C.I.D.

Is there any home delivery option?

We currently only provide pick-up service within the shop premises within 5 minutes of presenting the reference code. We are working on providing home-delivery service for our customer's, and we will be notify as soon as this feature is functional via website or push notification on mobile application.

Can we purchase at anytime during the day?

Registered customer's can view live spot prices 24/7, and purchase online only during the office working hours. (Please check the office working hours)

Can customer's sell gold without invoice?

In such special conditions/situations it is possible for customers to sell gold without invoice which will be subjected to permission by the concerned department only. Please be advised we do not guaranttee purchases from customers unless approved by the concerned department.
